Tafseer Al-Quran – Commentary & Meanings of the Quran
* Importance of knowledge
* Arabic vocabulary
* Translation of Surahs
* Explanation on the Cause of Revelation
* Virtues of Surahs through authentic narrations
Benefits: To understand what one recites in Salah/Prayer. To understand what Allah is telling us.
To be able to string the translation of an ayah by memorising vocabulary. Understanding the purpose and detail behind the revelation of a surah. Learning about the history and what is to come through the Quran.
Hadeeth – Sayings and narrations from the Prophet.
* Memorise 40 hadeeth with translation
* History of hadeeth
* Arabic Vocabulary
* Translation into English
* Commentary & explanation of Hadeeth
Materials required: Book titled ‘Provisions for seekers’.
Benefits: One will be able to act upon the teachings of the prophet. To be guided through them. Students can relate these to their daily life. Understand the background of narrations and their various types.
Seerah – Biography of the Prophet.
* The seerah is read out aloud in lesson by the teacher or a student
* Detailed explanation given by the teacher
* Notes sent via email per chapter
* Materials required: Muhammad the last prophet (saw) by Imam Nadwi
sources: Sealed nectar, Muhammad the last prophet (saw) by Imam Nadwi, Hayatus sahabah and authentic Ahaadeeth
Benefits: Learning about the significance of the life of our prophet. Being able to relate to every situation he experienced in his life. Understand his struggle, purpose of life and how it connects to our purpose of life. Islamic history, learning order of events that took place.

Alhamdullilah
I enjoy and learn so much from these lessons that i find i can incorporate much into my daily life n do a’mal of the things we learn. The tafseer lessons are so rich because these surahs i use daily for my salah and its wonderful knowing the meanings when reciting in salah…helps keep my concentration alhamdullilah. The knowledge on seerah is so beneficial also..to learn about the prophets life teaches so much to me. As a mother to then impart that knowledge to my children is profound for me..as i can answer more questions to them then before . May allah bless the efforts of all those involved in making these classes possible. The classes are pushing me to do more than i expected.

This course has enabled me to actually practise what I learn in my lessons instantly and apply what I can in my everyday life.
